By listening to our customers ideas and through our own innovations, LONA™ evolved. Over the years, LONA™ has been revised, changed and edited. New tools were added and some tools were removed because they simply proved to be unproductive.
In our research over the years, hundreds of concepts and ideas were investigated, tried and tested. Many of the ideas were explored with great excitement and anticipation, only to be discarded in our software junk yard. On the average, it takes hundreds of ideas before one is found worthy to be included in LONA™. To make the cut, the idea must meet Professor Dolph's stringent criteria.
