1.   How can I get a second copy of LONA™ to perform Lottery Number Analysis on my office computer?

LONA™ is sold as a single license, exclusively for use on a single computer. Therefore, we recommend that you download the software to the computer where it would be used the most often. To be able to perform Lottery Number Analysis on a second machine, you can purchase an extended license for a nominal cost. This is done as a seperate transaction. To do this follow these instructions:

    1. The current customer must Log In from the computer that needs the download.
    2. Order an extended license.
    3. Download LONA™ per the instructions.

2.   Where do I get the lottery history files for analysis?

You can create them yourself using LONA™ to enter the lottery numbers or you can purchase them here. We know that spending hours entering all of the past winning lottery numbers is an exhausting and time consuming job, so we offer the lottery number databases here for your convenience. Most of our lottery history files start in 2006 and, therefore, do not contain all of the past winning lottery numbers for analysis. However, the size of the files are more than adequate to use all of the Lottery Number Analysis tools. The start dates for all files are shown in the shopping cart.

Maintaining a data base of nearly 80 lotteries is very labor intensive and represents a large portion of our business expenses. Every year our cost to maintain these databases exceeds our revenue. For us, it is a losing proposition. But, we continue to provide the service for the benefit of our customers. The cost is $6.00 per file but this doesn't cover our expenses. Lottery history file sales are not a profit center for Leader Software, Inc..

Still, some people object to paying $6.00, believing that we should provide them for free because some of our competitors do. We offer two observations:

    1. Offering lottery histories for free is an enticement to purchase their product. We are proud to state that the power and quality of our product is all the enticement our customers need.
    2. Either way, you are paying for the lottery history files. If they are free, the expense to maintain the files is simply incorporated in the price of the product.

3.   Can I use the lottery history files from another program with LONA™?

Unfortunately, probably not. Lottery number databases from various Lottery Software providers are not compatible. You see, there is no file standard in the Lottery Software business. In fact, many companies purposely make it extremely difficult for anyone else to use their databases in some paranoid attempt to prevent piracy or to keep their customer base reliant upon them.

We make no attempts to hide anything from our customers nor hinder them in any way. We use a simple and straight forward CSV (Comma Separated Variables) file structure for the lottery numbers that is compatible with Excel. You can open our lottery history files in Excel or in Notepad and see for yourself. Each row contains the drawing date, followed by the winning lottery numbers; all separated by commas. At the end of each line is a carriage return.

So, if you want to create you own files using Excel, that's fine. Just make sure you give the files a .lot extension so that the software will recognize them for lottery number analysis.

4.   Can I order LONA™ on CD?

No. The Lottery Number Analysis tools in LONA™ are only available through download. This reduces our operational expenses and lowers the cost. It also helps to prevent piracy.

5.   Can I try it out before I buy it?

No. There are no free trials.

6.   Can I get a refund if I don't like it?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee provided that the customer runs a KILL program on their computer. After running the KILL program, it will provide the customer a unique KILL code which they return to us by email. This KILL code verifies that the program has been destroyed and rendered inoperable. Upon receipt of the KILL code, Leader Software, Inc. will verify its authenticity and will refund the LONA™ purchase price minus a $15.00 order cancellation fee.

Customers that demand a refund are permanently flagged in our Customer Database and will not be allowed to transact any further business with Leader Software, Inc. in the future.

Additionally, their User ID and Password will be revoked. Therefore, they will lose access to our Video Training Classes, Video Q&A and support privileges on this website.
