Well, it’s Sunday and I’m getting ready to sit back and watch my favorite football team (teams) lace’em up and lay’em down. I prefer the real deal. I was never interested in this ‘Fantasy Football’ stuff although I do know people who live, eat and breath their own fantasy team.
So, this morning, just for grins, I decided to look up Fantasy Football on the internet. As I perused various website, it suddenly hit me. These guys involved in Fantasy Football are doing the same thing that I recommend for the Lottery!
FF enthusiasts are making roster decisions based upon player stats. And, what are player stats? Player stats are performance histories. Now, every FF guy out there knows that the performance histories don’t guarantee the player will continue to perform in the same way, but it’s the best tool they have to help them make decisions. And, the stats are right, more often than they’re wrong.
Amazing! Serious Lottery Players and FF enthusiasts are cut from the same cloth. They love their game, study the stats, examine their choices, worry their decisions, make judgment calls and look forward to each game with the same excitement.
But, wait! The teams of the NFL do the same thing. Serious Lottery Players make Lottery Predictions based upon the winning lottery numbers performance histories. NFL teams make drafting decisions based upon player performance histories. And, they both use computer software to give them access to information they want when they ask for it.
