Best Lottery Software - The Gold Standard
Lately, I’ve received some emails from previous customers. When I say ‘previous customers’ I don’t mean customers from last week, last month or even last year. I mean customers from the late 1980’s and early 1990’s; back in the neanderthal period before the Internet, back in the day when, if you had a mouse, you tried to trap it.
I was very pleased and humbled by these unsolicited communications. Not just because they were complimentary, but because these customers still affectionately remembered the old versions of LONA™ and Professor Dolph and were genuinely happy to hear that I was still alive and kicking. I was equally happy to receive this news.
But, that wasn’t the most amazing thing about their comments. They sincerely wanted to know if the new version was as good as the version they currently had. These statements didn’t register with me until this morning. I had totally missed the implications. Perhaps you’ve had a similar experience. In our busy lives and the press of daily activities we don’t notice the 500 pound gorilla sitting in our living room.
WOW!
Over the last twenty years, hundreds of Lottery Software products have hit the market. Most found oblivion before success and a few have managed to hang in there for the long haul. And, here we are, twenty years later, and these customers still consider the original Lottery Number Advisor, LONA™, our flag ship product, to be the gold standard of Lottery Software!
Folks, quite frankly, this blows me away.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m very proud of LONA™ and I truly believe she is the Best Lottery Software product on the market today, but, honestly, I didn’t realize she was that good. I mean, really? What software product do you know of that has been able to maintained this level of customer loyalty for over two decades?
I can’t think of even one. But, our customers did.
