Many people create their Play List from the numbers that have hit in the last 10 drawings; the idea being that these numbers are HOT. Therefore, it’s called the HOT number strategy. I call this Cycle 1-10.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Cycle 1-10 is actually ranked only 20th in performance. Over the last 277 drawings you would have done much better creating your Play List from Cycle 17-26. It ranks #1.
