Lottery Strategies #6 - Do Lottery Number Patterns Exist?

Lottery Strategies

Lottery Number Advisor

Why do Lottery Number Patterns exist? According to the random draw theory aficionados, they don’t. But, you can ignore the obvious only so long. Lottery Number Patterns exist in all lotteries, all of the time. So, why do random draw advocates cling to their theory? Perhaps it is because, they misunderstand it’s meaning. Let’s take a closer look at what it really means.

In this discussion I’ll continue to use the Lotto Texas 6/54 lottery. The only reason I use 900,000 drawings to represent the long term is because the calculations work out rather well using that number.

If you conduct 900,000 drawings and keep good records, for all intents and purposes, all of the lottery numbers will hit the same number of times; 100,000. Well, not exactly. One lottery number might occur 100,038 times and another 99,973 times. The difference represents a small fraction of one percent. So, we’ll say it’s close enough and move on.

This is the random draw theory. If you have enough trials, then all of the lottery numbers will occur the same number of times; no lottery number hits more often than any other. And, by the way, I agree with them. But, that’s 8,650 years of drawings! Chances are that you and I are probably not going to be around that long.

This is where the random draw crowd goes astray. They try to apply the results of a long term analysis to the short term situation. The random draw theory was never meant to be applied to a small set of trials. Case in point; our lifetime.

So, the Lottery Number Patterns are there for everyone to see; one only has to look. So, as Lottery Strategies come and go; one thing remains constant. You’re going to need some Lottery Software to help you find those patterns and trends.

Your quest will not be in vain. In fact, did you know that there is a rather large probability that these Lottery Number Patterns should exist!

That statement should rattle a few cages. Make sure you don’t miss my next post and I’ll show you what I mean.
